Scenic riverfront dining, Proximity to the RSC theatre, High-quality room decor

The heating in the room was inadequate, making the experience quite uncomfortable!!! Maintenance issues in the bathroom are really concerning, especially for a premium hotel that should uphold better standards!!!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We truly enjoyed the Avon Boating experience and a fun cocktail making class. The hotel is a luxurious base, with friendly staff and great breakfast. A bonus was the awesome location right by the theatre....  

The spacious Superior Double Room offered comfort and style, complemented by a pristine bathroom. The breakfast impressed with perfectly cooked eggs royale, accompanied by delicious sourdough bread. Staff service was exceptional, making the stay feel warm and welcoming, though the room layout was a bit maze-like. The location was convenient, yet navigating the hotel could be a challenge.

Had a lovely stay with a super comfy bed and a delicious breakfast spread that was hard to beat. The garden area was a peaceful spot to relax, and I enjoyed the leisure room for some downtime. A minor bummer was the absence of a smart TV, which would have been a nice touch for movie nights. 😊

Easy access to the river and a strategic spot near the theatre. Unique room names based on trees add a charming touch, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary apples scattered throughout the hotel....

My stay at The Arden was delightful, with a spacious room and a delicious breakfast overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and eager to help. the bathroom could benefit from some updates. a very enjoyable experience!

A fantastic location with Chef Jasper creating exceptional meals, including a memorable evening for a birthday celebration. The private car park was a bonus, and the friendly staff enhanced the overall experience. Scones during afternoon tea stood out for their warmth and quality, making the visit a comforting treat. the Lamb restaurant's handling of dietary restrictions fell short, causing some last-minute changes that could have been avoided.

Thoroughly enjoyed the modern amenities and fantastic service. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my daughter’s birthday special with thoughtful touches. Don't miss the Dirty Duck Pub next door for a cozy end to your evening. Request a river view room for stunning scenery!
